1. Who provides the service

Preflop Ranges (preflopranges.app) — contact: prefloppokersolver@gmail.com. By using the site you accept these terms.

2. The service

Preflop Ranges is an online viewer and trainer for solved GTO preflop poker charts. It is study material for adults (18+); it is not a gambling service and no real-money play takes place on the site.

• Without an account: you can browse the charts, subject to a daily quota and rate limits per browser and IP address.
• With an account: you can also use practice mode, subject to a daily limit of hands, and your practice statistics follow you across devices.

The application is currently in beta: features, quotas and conditions may change while the beta lasts.

3. Accounts

An account is identified by an email address, either verified by Google sign-in or by a sign-in link sent to it. You are responsible for keeping access to that address. An account is personal and not transferable; it may be used on any of your devices, but not shared with other people.

4. No purchases during the beta

Nothing is offered for sale on the site at this time and no payment is ever requested. If paid features are introduced after the beta, their price and conditions will be published on this page before anything is sold.

5. Acceptable use

The service is for personal study. It is not permitted to:

• scrape, bulk-download or systematically extract the chart dataset, by any means;
• redistribute, publish or resell the charts or any substantial part of them;
• share one account between several people, or circumvent quotas and rate limits (e.g. by rotating accounts, cookies or IP addresses);
• interfere with the operation or security of the service.

Quotas and rate limits apply to all users: they are the difference between using the site and copying it. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended.

6. Intellectual property

The dataset, texts, design and code of the service belong to the owner or are used under license. Using the service grants you a right of personal use, not ownership of the data.

7. Disclaimer

The charts are solver-generated study material and are provided “as is”. They do not guarantee results at the tables, and the owner is not liable for gaming decisions made based on them. We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service; while the beta lasts, features, limits and conditions may change.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from fraud or from mandatory consumer protection rules.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you contract as a consumer, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your domicile.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page with its date. Material changes will be announced by email to account holders.
